Seal Trust™ Lap Caulk seals roofing membrane overlaps when you apply splice or bonding adhesives. It stops initial moisture from infiltrating before the adhesives set.
Seal Trust™ Lap Caulk comes in 10.5 oz tubes, available in black or white. Use it in single-ply membrane applications, such as EPDM or TPO. Do not screed or smooth the product after application. This caulk prevents water infiltration into seams and overlaps before the adhesive cures, which typically takes 24-48 hours, depending on temperature and humidity.
Application Instructions:
You will need a standard caulk gun for application. Once you cut the plastic top, you must puncture the tube through the plastic top with a screwdriver, long screw, or nail to begin. Do not screed or smooth the caulk once applied. Caulk all glued or installed seams at the end of each day.
